Air Meditation

The Air element is very useful in getting emotionally detached from things, it helps with intelligence and thought process. Air lacks feeling and emotion and is about intellect and uses a lot of thought process, too much air results in paranoia and too much thought into pointless scenarios whilst too little results in over emotional states.

this meditation is very easy and similar to the other elements, enter a trance state and see yourself surrounded by the best representation of air you can think of, personally I see myself in the sky feeling air swirling around me at high velocity, from here you just imagine the air starting to glow blue and diffuse into yourself from all sides as you breathe in, make sure it collects just below your solar plexus, do this for 7 breaths or as many as you can handle, make sure to balance the elements to your emotions and not use too much of any as it can be hazardous to your health.
