Under no circumstances must you perform the energy version of this meditation, the energy version is Psi Vampirism and takes energy from Enki, those who teach the energy version do not realise that it is actually harmful and irritating to Enki. (by energy version I mean the one where you focus on the energy of Enki and use that to make yourself stronger and feel good, those who use this meditation have not thought about its effect on the gods and should refrain from using it).

when you meditate on Enki do not take in any energy, it may feel good but that is Psi Vampirism and you are taking energy from the gods and they want us to create our own not steal it from others. Meditating on Enki is usually done for communication or when you are looking for some answers, this is just an easier version where you go into a trance and focus on Enki, focus your questions and if he is not busy he will answer you, when you are still new to start out it is always best to do this and not call on any other beings, although Enki is at the top of the food chain so to speak he is the safest being to try communicate with to start, anything else can leave openings for other beings to manipulate you and give you wrong information which has happened to many others.

Once again just go into a trance and focus on the image of Enki and ask any questions if you need to, and do not perform the energy version of the meditation where you take Enki's energy.
