Nature Meditation

This meditation was developed by HP Shadderfer with the help of Enki, many thanks to one of our members for testing this meditation and kindly writing it up.

Effects of Nature Meditation

Astral energy is everywhere. and with the help of astral vision we are able to see that energy in a coloured form
because we are so used to seeing these things it has been imprinted on our  developing soul and our
pineal gland acts like a receptor which transforms the stimuli into electrical signals
received by the third eye into something by which our mind can differentiate the natures of  in the form of different colours (this is also explained more thoroughly in the Auras essay in the have your say section of the site).
But an important point that must be noted is that there are No different types of energies but different consistencies of a single energy which we differentiate in form of these different colours.
There are no different types of energy just different natures of one and only astral energy.
Our colour spectrum  is limited to a certain point .And its the reason why the
quintessence appears colourless to us is because of this

This is why its important to be able to sense the energy, Sensing energy is considered by Aquarians to be a thing that beginners must learn, and is thus neglected by most because they believe on their astral vision more then their sensing ability, this is where they go wrong, and are easily deceived by astral entities because astral entities are basically energies with consciousness and hence they can adapt any shape and deceive people easily and might do more more harm than good, they are unable to sense the energy signatures are blindly believing what they see. This also results in poor performances of actual energy, manipulation because its very important to feel the energy.
Importance of sensing energy is tremendously helpful in manipulation of quintessence, it cannot be seen,
it can appears black-violet to our senses but it is colourless and a person is normally incapable to
differentiating between basic energies and thus his development is slowed down. And also many drawbacks are received if one is unable to sense the energies properly


Sensing energy isn't that difficult but its important to improve the ability once you gain it.
When you are in a thunderstorm, ever noticed there is a greater
amount of energy in the atmosphere than normally it is present, and it can be felt by any normal person.
When you are around nature like in a park or a nursery you feel at peace and a lot better than hectic and loud atmosphere of the city.

The exercise of sensing energy is as follows:
Go to a park or any other place where there are trees plants and grass, if you have a garden that's even better because you will be able to do meditation there without interruption.
Just sit quietly on the bench or at a quiet area.
Close your eyes sit and relax, its your focus that matters if you can do this all with eyes open without being distracted then even better. Imagine your aura just being over your body, imagine your aura in electric blue colour. Hold your aura there then focus on your surroundings while imagining that your aura is over your physical body. You will start to feel at peace and begin feeling the energies after a
little while this is the start of sensing. Don't take the energy into your aura
just imagine energy from your surroundings touching your aura gently to be able to feel the touch  Keep the imagination of your aura being over your body strong and then gently touch the grass or a plant with in mind that your aura came into contact with the plant and its energy first ,you will feel the energy and the emotions of peacefulness and happiness in a more enhanced way when you do that. Don't worry if you don't get that feeling in the first try just keep doing it until you are able to execute it properly.
This session must be done as long as you feel comfortable preferably 5-20 minutes. Being around nature is healthy. That's why this exercise has been suggested to do around nature only.
When done properly you will begin sensing energy and learn how to sense it properly.
After you are a little adept at it, You can try sensing the natures of energy of your surroundings by the same method but from indoors. After a lot of practice
you'll be able to sense the energy quite easily, for example if you want to sense the nature's energy again but you can't go back to the park or garden
Just visualize yourself being in the park lying on the grass and just try and sense energy ,if done correctly you will start feeling the same energy again
But for a first few times it will be in a milder way because you are far away from actual place and sensors might not be good enough, but in time
your senses will be developed and you'll be able to sense the energy like you are actually in the place of your visualization,

Few exercises which can also benefit:
1.While being out on a walk, imagine the aura over the physical body and focus on your surroundings while you walk. In time you'll begin feeling energies of
the surroundings and the areas as you walk.

2.While being in your room again imagine your aura being over you, close your eyes and focus on the surroundings in your room, you'll be able to
sense energy and will receive the emotions according to the nature of energy in your room.

5 minutes of the above daily can help a lot.

Now at this point I would like to mention why we choose gardens, parks or any area surrounded by nature because its very healthy for you, the energy there is
generally positive in nature and its present in a very large amount, enough that in a few tries anyone will be able to sense the energy of the area.
This helps in building up of confidence and you get the hang of how energy actually feels and what emotions do you get when you are generally try and sense
energy of the area of nature in which you are in or are visualizing.
