This should primarily be attempted if you have opened your sacral and base chakras although it will work before that but it is essential to make sure you perform aura cleanse before performing this as you do not wish to transfer any negative energy to your partner.

During Sexual Intercourse as you reach your climax and orgasm release energy from your Sacral Chakra and base chakra through your genitals and into your Partners Sacral chakra and base chakra, visualize this as lightning blue energy as it leaves your base chakra goes through your sacral chakra and out of your genitals and enters your partners which you should then spread up their spine nourishing each of their chakras and even out to boost their aura, as a result your orgasm will increase in strength and become far more enjoyable and you and your partner will feel healthier and look younger.

This exercise can also be done on ones own directed to themselves or still to their partner at a distance, without this being performed it would be a waste of energy released and unused.
