Telekinesis is the power to effect the physical world around you with your mind, moving objects, activating machinery etc. Humanity has many dormant abilities suppressed through generations of lies and cover ups from Christianity.
Everyone has the ability to learn these techniques it will just take time and effort.

Everything in existence on the physical realm has ties with the astral, there is dark energy and dark matter all around us and within the objects you wish to effect, in order to do anything you have to be well versed in the working of your own aura and energy, from here you just need to know how to use that energy, with your thoughts guide a connection between them and feel the objects movements as if it were part of your own, this does take a lot of practice and can be very frustrating.

To start with you will want to start with something small and easily movable, a ping pong ball, some thin curtains or a pendulum would be perfect, make sure you can sit comfortably with the object about 45cm from your third eye, for an added boost you can place your hands either side of the object and use your hand charka, with your third eye try to focus intensely on the object, block out all external stimuli and just see the ball, try to feel it and feel the energy inside you release either to push the ball or connect with it for specific movements, this can also be done directing energy through your hands but to start with try to keep full focus with your third eye till you are used to the feel and sight of the energy and how you are affecting it.

Don’t be frustrated as for most people this will take a very long time to show any progress, it is extremely difficult and takes patience.
